Contact
The desk reads one address: [email protected]. Please spend a moment on the two lists below before you write, because the wrong destination for an urgent account problem costs you time you cannot get back.
Things this inbox cannot do
Appdeck Journal is an editorial desk, not the broker. It holds no account data, has no console, no support queue and no channel into the platform. So it cannot:
- recover, unlock or close an account, or reset a password;
- refund, release or trace money of any kind;
- review, approve or hurry along an identity verification;
- repair a phone, tablet or computer, or diagnose a fault in your operating system;
- raise a complaint with IQ Option for you, or pass your message to it;
- supply, host or email an installer, an APK or any other application file.
Anything in that list belongs with the platform's own support, reached from the traderoom or its official help pages, or with your device manufacturer. That last point deserves emphasis: the site never sends app files. If a message appears to come from this desk with an installer attached or a download link that is not the official page, it is not from us.
No individual investment, tax or legal advice is given here either, and no trade, strategy, signal service or bot is recommended. The desk will also not help anyone route around a regional restriction or an identity check.
Things worth sending
The editorial side of the site is exactly what this address is for:
- Corrections. A step that no longer matches what the installer shows, a store listing that has moved, a dead link.
- Factual disputes. Name the page and the sentence, and point at the official page that settles it.
- Content suggestions. A download, install or update question you searched for and could not find answered straight.
- Rights and permissions. Anything concerning this site's own text or images.
What to put in the message
Specific beats long. A message that can be acted on usually says:
- the platform and device involved — Android, iPhone or iPad, Windows, Mac, or the browser version;
- which route you were on: a store install, the direct APK, the desktop installer, or an update;
- the exact step it failed at, and what the screen showed, quoted word for word if there was an error;
- the full address of the page you are writing about.
What the screen said is worth more than how the failure felt. If you attach a screenshot, crop or blank out any account details first.
Every message is read by a named editor, Teodora Vasilache, Mobile Apps and Downloads Editor. No response-time figure is published here, because one person reads this inbox and a promised turnaround would be a number the desk cannot stand behind. Documented corrections are taken first; an accepted one is applied to the page and its checked date updated, so you can see the change landed.
A safety note
The desk will never ask you for a password, a one-time or two-factor code, a recovery phrase, a card number or a scan of an identity document. Not by email, not through any form, not for any reason. Nothing needed to answer an editorial question requires them, and no reply from here will request them. If a message claiming to be from this site asks for any of it, or offers you an app file, ignore it and report it to the platform's support if it also invokes IQ Option. Please leave those details out of whatever you send.
One reminder that belongs on every page of this site: trading carries a risk of loss, and only money you can afford to lose should ever be at stake.
